I believe Rachel Spector gave this frog good luck package to me. In many parts of Latin America, the frog’s ability to change from a tadpole into a frog symbolizes transformation, a prized characteristic. The package also symbolizes good fortune as evidenced by the little pieces of god (facsimile) and a coin. A vial of blessed water is also included.
