One of the things I miss the most in L.A. is the Grand Performance concerts. At one point in time, we spent most of our summer weekends there hearing the most amazing world music and interacting with at truly international audience. This artifact came from a weekend when they featured Polynesia. Actually, salt has a common international concept of cleansing and purifying.
